Frank on Finance is a subsidiary of the Investor's Group Financial Services Inc. which specializes in financial planning for both business and residential clients. Our services range from tax planning to the implementation and analysis of group benefit and retirement plans.
We are looking for motivated and team oriented self-starters. This position entails sales and prospecting to potential business and residential clients over the telephone for our financial planning services. Compensation for this position will be hourly for initial job training with potential for future growth opportunities. Please note that wages will be based on a commission structure after the initial job training period.

1. Contact Prospective Clients
-Deliver prepared sale talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services in order to persuade potential customers to book an appointment
-contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to secure appointments for financial and insurance services
-Explain products and services and answer basic questions from prospects
-Obtain prospect information such as name, address, email, and enter appointments into a computer system
-Telephone or write letters/emails if prospect has requested a different date/method of contact
-Schedule appointments for financial advisor to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations
-Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers

2. Marketing Initiatives
-Assist in the implementation and execution of on and off-site marketing initiatives (for example, Trade Shows)
-Set up and organize ballot stations; encourage visitors to fill out ballots
-Be friendly and courteous to all visitors

3. Other Tasks
-Maintain clean office space with other team members
-Attend weekly/monthly team meetings
-Other duties as required (that commiserate with office work)

-Experience in Telesales is an asset
-High School
-Proficiency in MS Windows based computer applications, including EXCEL
-Proficiency with internet use
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment with the ability to shift priorities as required
-Well developed interpersonal skills and high client service commitment
-Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimum supervisor
-Must have reliable source of transportation
